ZAO "Opalubochnye sistemy" was estanlished in December, 2004. These days it is a high-tech enterprise that occupies a leading place among Russian manufacturers of formwork systems for monolithic construction. The plant is constantly developing: it introduces new technologies and modern equipment, improves the qualifications of specialists and maintains a high production rate so that the quality of products can meet all the requirements of customers.
The mission of the plant is to develop and produce modern technological construction equipment capable of economically, comfortably and safely implementing various, including complex, construction projects.
The main specialization of the plant is:
- manufacture of classic types of formwork systems (large-panel and beam-girder formwork, volumetric formwork of Cup Lock type floors and on telescopic racks) for monolithic construction;
- manufacture of special formwork systems (self-lifting, sliding, tunnel, hydraulic, etc.);
- manufacture of tooling and components for formwork;
- development and manufacture of non-standard formwork systems;
- manufacturing of industrial modular scaffolding and turrets.
In addition to these areas, the plant has a production line for the manufacture of expansion joints and support parts for bridges and overpasses, as well as awning structures and protective-trapping systems.
The equipment of the plant allows you to perform a full cycle of production work to create high-quality products. Thanks to the introduction of robotics in the workshops, more than 25 types of formwork are produced for any request. Automatic painting chambers make it possible to apply a uniform coating of typical colors. Modern machines for profile cutting, marking and cutting are located in the workshops plywood sheets, welding and painting works.
The plant is constantly updating its technological base and equipment, which makes it possible to expand the range and improve the quality of products.

The formwork produced at our factory participated in the largest construction projects from Kaliningrad to Nakhodka. The Russian and Golden Horn Bridge, sports facilities of the Sochi Olympics, stadiums for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, skyscrapers Lakhta Center, Moscow City, Vostochny Cosmodrome, Narva Highway Tunnel - this is not a complete list of objects where our technologies were used.
